MAC makeup for better skin tones of women very dark?
Hello community, I am very dark-skinned African American woman who is interested in buying MAC Cosmetics. I do not live near any malls to check out the curtains so I was wondering what tone mainly compact powder, concealer, lip liner, lipstick, lip and glass would look good on dark skin? PS I prefer the darker shades of dark red or purple with my lips.
The tone is darker than the MAC is the NW 55 and that shade comes only in a few different packages, so here are a few suggestions, but I'm not 100% sure that will be perfect for you. (PS – you can always go to YouTube and search for tutorials for NW 55 and see if the girl doing the tutorial on the skin side). Pressed Powder: Blot Powder in the dark or natural finish Mineralize Skin Deep Dark Concealer: Select Cover Up in NW50 (NW50 concealer is darker there, sorry boo) Lip Liner: Nightmoth, current, Chestnut, Wine Lipstick: Cyber, Underworld, Spice It Up, XS, Dubonnet edge of glass: Purple Rage, Wish These are just a couple You can check if you are interested, but definitely give YouTube a shot and see if you can check out what colors look like a real person.
