How can I get dark brown, shiny, healthy hair?
I am a natural brunette, a very dark brown, almost black color. I have dyed my hair blonde since I was in the 8th grade(I am a hs senior now). It is so very damaged, brittle, and over-processed. I have used box color and also have went to my stylist. I just want to get back to my natural hair color, even if it isn’t natural.. letting it grow out isn’t an option for I’d like to keep my length. help!

u should eat kinds of food that rr rlyy healthy for hair, here is sum of the good foods for urr hairr:
-Salmon, Tuna, and other fatty fish.
-all kinds of nuts, and almonds, walnuts. etc..
-PROTEIN!!!.. food that has protein in it rr rly good for urr hair, example: chicken, eggs and soy products (soy milk, soy nut butterr, etc..)
u should take vitamin pills, only if urr above 12: like vitamins like: B6 and B12 and folic acid rr good, just make sure u take them once a day
