i have a retro shirt with diffrent shades of pink and black leggings go to forever21.com for pic then search :metro tunic or a a green floral top with an umpire waist that shows my chest a bit with jeans go to forever 21.com and search polka dot and floral top which one is cuter for a casual party? i love them both so help!!!!!

How To Retrofit Your Roman Shades
With all the safety issues and latest shades recall on roman shades, you may find yourself in the position of retrofitting your shades for child safety. This is actually simple to do and should only take you a few minutes.
Why Retrofit Roman Shades
Recently the Window Covering Safety Council along with the manufactures have recalled roman shades due to the lift cords. These cords run along the back of the shade and can pose a choking hazard to young children.
If your house has small children, then it is highly recommended to retrofit the shades. You can get the retrofit kit free of charge from the Window Covering Safety Council and from some manufacturers.
Before You Begin
At this point, it is important to note that you will be removing the cord from the blinds. This means the blinds will have to be raised and lowered by hand. Then you will need to insert a clip to keep the blinds raised.
Retrofitting Instructions
Follow these simple instructions to easily retrofit your shades.
Removing the Lift Cord
- On the bottom rear side of the window shades is an operating cord. It is attached to either a ring or an eyelet. You will need to cut this cord while leaving four to five inches at the bottom.
- Attach the metal clip to the remaining lift cord. Later, this clip will hold the shades in place.
Using the Retro-Fitted Window Shades
1. To raise the shade, you will need to attach the metal clip to the rings on the rear side of the shade.
1. Start at the bottom of the shade.
2. Slide the metal clip through each ring on both the left and right side of the shade.
3. Continue feeding the clip through each of the rings on the back until you reach the desired height of the shade.
4. Once at the desired height, close the clip and let the shade hang.
2. To lower the shade
1. Start from the top
2. Open the clip and slide it off each ring on both the left and right sides.
3. When you reach the bottom or the desired lowered height, reclose the clip.
Testing the Blinds
You can test the blinds by using the metal clip before cutting the string. Simply follow the instructions for using the Retro-Fitted Window Shades. Once you are satisfied with the operation of the retrofitted blinds, follow the steps under Removing the Lift Cord.
