Bones in abundance despite windy day for the umpteenth time, and nobody's real surprise, forecasters got it wrong one day a couple of weeks ago. Despite predictions of low winds and a 30 percent chance of rain, Biscayne Bay was cloudy with drizzle and spit spasms blustery northeast winds. Not exactly the main conditions for sight fishing for bonefish.
