Travel Tips for your holiday in Italy Cycling
In this article we present common sense tips you can employ to ensure you have a fun and safe vacation in Italy.
"When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
That's an old cliché, but true. When you travel to you'll find a different country with different shapes, different customs. It is important to know a little about the culture before you visit, and of course, there are precautions common sense that should follow every time you travel.
Advance Planning
Do you need medication of any kind? Always carry your medicine – And appropriate documentation to verify that you need – with you. You may be able to get the same type of medicine in Italy – but then again maybe not. Prevention is better than cure.
Do you plan to do any driving? Find out if you can drive in Italy with your regular car license, or if you need for an "international driving license. If you are not familiar with international road signs – learn before you go. While driving, check out your route in advance to have some knowledge of where you go before you try to get there. Know the rules of the road in Italy and what to do if accident.
Make a list of places and things you want to see before you go and do research on them. Some events or museum exhibits are sensitive to time, so you'll want to make sure it is happening at the right time to see everything. Now that almost every museum and art gallery is in line can easily check to make sure if there will be a show you want to view, or if a gallery will be closed while you are visiting.
Can you live without your mobile? You may be able to get a special card to ensure it will work in Italy. Ask your service provider about that. Will you bring a laptop? Make sure you have the processors so that you can plug in to recharge the batteries, not only for computers but also for other electronic devices. And not only need a transformer, but also a converter – to ensure that your device does not burn. The fact that a plug fits in the medium, does not mean that the correct tension is through him!

Most of restaurants in Italy are the type to sit down with several different fields. If you want fast food, a pizzeria is your best bet.
