Should I keep a cover on the washing machine in case the car keys scratch the surface?
It’s an old wives tale. I put a cloth over the machine when it;’s not in use. It is in the laundry where I live (where else?). I live in a Guest house and the landlady’s mother said to keep the cover on it in case the car keys scratch the surface. No one at the guest house drives a car so no one has car keys. Should I continue to cover the machine?
But no one has car keys?!
if you are a guest you must do what is asked of you , some people cover sofas, some telephones, some tea pots, some washer and some never use protection of any sort, better be safe than sorry I say!

Selvyt Cloths: The Best For Glistening And Shiny New Watches!
If you like watches like me, then you have a wide selection of them just like me. I use stainless steel watches for daily work wear, dual toned ones for evenings out, gold and jeweled ones for formal do’s and sports watches for when I’m feeling happy and casual. But I do care for all of my watches. They are serviced regularly, batteries are checked and replaced and of course, bracelets and straps are regularly polished and maintained.
