Black Gradient
In Adobe Photoshop CS2, every time I try to apply a gradient or something, it is in black and white.?
How I can fix this!?!
Here are three possible problems … 1) The document is in black and white, not color. Drop-down menu Image -> Mode -> RGB. 2) You are working on a mask or in the channel palette – are just black and white. Make sure you are on a layer and you have the layer mask is not selected. 3) The gradient is set black and white in the foreground, not background. Select the Gradient tool. At the top of the window, you'll see a sort of horizontal bar that is showing gradient (where black to white) and has a little drop-down menu arrow. Pull down and select the first box, which is foreground to background, if you want to use two colors you have chosen or select any of the available presets.
